Career Guidance Testing Specialists

Welcome to our site. I am a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA, and have spent thirty years doing psychometric assessments for companies, assisting employees with career counselling, career transition and career development. I also have a passion for developing young people, and during this time I have had a career guidance practice. Career guidance is such an important part of all young people's career success, as finding the right career and study course sets you on the road to success. Over this time I have tested hundreds of >learners for school subject choice (grade 9) >learners for career choice (grades 11 and 12 and young adults) >adults for career counselling, career change and career development. So no matter whether you are a learner, young adult or adult, and no matter what the concerns you may have, the career guidance testing method that I use will help to point you in the right direction. The success of my career guidance testing method is to test the person as a whole, including abilities, aptitudes, learning potential, personality and career interests (motivators). This gives you a rounded picture of the whole person, which is so important in finding the right career. THE CAREER TESTING SERVICE INCLUDES >Psychometric testing of abilities, aptitudes, learning potential, personality and career interests (motivators). >Feedback to the learner and their parents (or adult) >A full career report with career and study recommendations TESTING AND FEEDBACK The career guidance service takes approximately four hours (three hours testing, and one hour feedback). Testing is done in a relaxed atmosphere, and the feedback is done together with the learner and their parents. Should they wish to, parents can relax with a cup of coffee at the CHS Centre Cafe while the testing is being done. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Bookings and Payments are done online for your convenience.
